I had some leftover spaghetti and meatballs so I made a old italian favorite of mine, fried spaghetti. You put some olive oil in the bottom of a pan, just enough to a little more then coat the bottom, then throw in the spaghetti and cut the meatballs in half. Stir occasianly until hot and then sprinkled on a little parmesan romano on top.

Best way ever to prepare leftover spaghetti. The spaghetti soaks up most of the olive oil, the meatballs get a little crisp on the outside and it is just fucking delicious.

It's awesome you should try it sometime if you never have. I forgot to say, don't use too much sauce when frying it up. Like just enough to have the spaghetti coated and not sticking together, anything more will burn and probably catch on fire or something lol.

Not eating like that you're not.

Get this, in an egg there is 70 calories and about 6 grams protein, but in an egg white there is only 17 calories and still about 3.5gram of protein. However adding 2 whole eggs to two egg whites ups your cholesterol to about 140% and 16% of your daily fat (this is saturated btw)

There is nothing wrong with the greens and vegetables but the ham has a huge issue. First Ham itself is the ass of a pig, 2nd ham is a cured meat which means that it has nitrates making it carcinogenic (gives you cancer, makes your dick limp) and third you're eating the worst kind of ham, PROCESSED. Which means that it's glued back together using some form of chemicals.

Furthermore, normal meat stays in your system for about 3 days, processed on the other hand can stay there for much longer. It may only be 80 calories a slice but the weight of it is going to stay with you for a while. Let's not forget about the plaques it's going to build in your blood stream which are (not)awesome if you plan to be exorcising or doing anything to actually drop pounds.

While you're counting may be close, let's not forget the oil I'm sure you fried your breakfast up in. If you used canola oil that ranks in at about 125calories per tablespoon. Fact is for a breakfast that size you probably used close to 3 tablespoons just too cook it.

So you're at 300 for breakfast and 375 just to cook it.

That is 675 just to eat some stuff that won't help you loose weight.

Cut out the Ham, cut out the eggs, and just eat the greens and you'll be much better off.

A few things to keep in mind. (on average)

You need about 10 calories per pound of body weight to stabilize your weight.
You need about a gram of protein per kilo of body weight.

I'm not trying to hate, just saying if you want to lose weight you have to go about it the right way and not fool yourself into thinking you're doing it right when you're not.

ACTUALLY DUDE BREH.. yeah I used PAM that has zero calories in it. I realize that butter and oil has calories in it, Im not a complete retard. I know the ham isnt the greatest but it tastes good and I used 2.5 small deli slices. I used 2 whole eggs instead of all egg whites cuz it makes it taste 10x better. Like I said Im not tryn to completely kill my taste buds when dieting. Im not to worried about chloestreol from eggs at 25 years old especially knowing that my levels are below average as of 6 months ago. Im a fat bastard Ive lost 150 pounds and just put 50 back on from eating like crap. I lost that weight over about two years eating a healthy diet and working out 2 hours a day. Im back at 300 again from 250 about 2 years ago and still down 100 from my all time high of 400 4 years ago. The worst thing in that meal was the sodium from the cured ham and crystal hot sauce. There was prolly about 800 mg of it. But like I said Im not gonna sacrafice taste..

I really appreciate your concern though. Its nice to know that you took so much time and wrote all that about something you had no fucking clue about. I'm not tryn to hate on you but don't judge a book by its cover. Even though Im fat and eat good I know more about nutrition than the avg person and I especially know what works for me to lose weight and not get bored. Stickin with it is my problem. No booze and Im good.
