I see all these photos of all these huge grubbing meals. I know most of you don't grub like that all the time.

here is some of my standard fair.

lots of stir-frys. I'll usually throw it in some kind of wrap or over rice.

love egg white omelets. this one is stuffed w/cilantro, scallions, pimentos, and chives. the yellow things are polenta, kind of my makeshift replacement for toast.

lots of salads. sometimes I don't even make a salad, I'll just eat greens by themselves or use them as chips with a small dish of vinaigrette for dip.

On the other hand, I used to have a boss who would come into the kitchen and make all sorts of extreme "inventions" at will. (no wonder they went out of business)

(BTW, not my hand holding it up)

The bun is a grilled cheese sandwich, topped with several patties, eggs, bacon, cheese, onion rings...
