I'm goin to grill some t-bones on the good ol Foreman grill and make a ceamy garlic and butter sauce to serve over angel hair pasta. Green Giant has these really good micro-steam veggies, so Imma steam up a bag of broccoli n cheese to go with it.

no pics but I went out to the coast today with my girl and my dog. After the beach we stopped and split an order of fish and chips and a big bowl of clam chowder. It was all delicious.. That lemon/vinegar combo on deep fried halibut is just killer. I want moar!
