quick suggestion since you said this was your first attempt and you werent satisfied with the results:
itd be faster and itd taste better if you diced the bacon and sausage up and then cooked that first. when its diced up it cooks much faster, and youre able to cook more of the grease out faster, and also there is more surface area available to brown and it provides a mcuh better taste; its not just my opinion this is food science¹. drain all the extra grease out of there, but make sure theres enough to make sure the eggs dont stick something fierce, then crack your eggs in there and scramble them all up with the diced up bacon and sausage in the same pan.

Stir fry with Sicilian spicy sausage. Hella random but hella bomb will be doing this more since I got a hook at the old time meat market.


Leftover Turkey Pesto Burger from Union Hotel in Occidental. Spot was cool but spent way too much money for it being a slight upgrade from Mary's Pizza.


Home fries cajun style with stolen parmasan from roundtable.
