not putting mustard on a chili dog or any kind of hot dog / sausage / weiner = just plain wrong

in some parts of the country if you put ketchup on your hotdog they'll look at you like you're a disgusting piece of shit, they might even kick you out of their establishment

Bit difficult to see, but there were some homemade fried sausages which were awesome. Smoked pork, chicken feet, dried beef, steamed pork, roasted peanuts, minced meat covered and rolled up in egg (hard to describe), pork knuckles, fried fish, and more...

Basically everything with Chillies. They eat only spicy food there.
