Doesn't look too good, but tastes pretty awesome. Made some rice with fresh tomato sauce, meatballs, and fried bananas for me and my son the other night:
Didn't really have much food left today for breakfast/lunch, so I cooked up some minced beef/pork with garlic, onions, spices, corn, and a bit bbq sauce and butter. Together with rice and an egg.

Went to Slater's 50/50 last night for a glorious drunken meal after watching the 49ers win. I had seen this burger place on the Travel Channel months back. Their burgers are 50% beef/50% bacon. I started off with an appetizer of buffalo chicken strips and a bread bowl that had pita chips on the side and on the inside had a cheese/artichoke/spinach/garlic dip. Two of the best appetizers I've ever had.
Here is my burger which I customized with the 2/3lb 50/50 patty, moar bacon, chipotle mayo, aioli sauce, mushrooms, jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, red onions, and pepperjack cheese. Best burger ever

There are a couple Americans in the city I live that opened restaurants. Got a Texas BBQ style restaurant, a TexMex Restaurant, and some mixed American Diner/Fast Food places, as well as an expensive California Cuisine restaurant. Still...I think I make better burgers than all those places. After all, I'm from Hamburg.

I read that the hamburger was named after the city of Hamburg, correct? Also, wiener schnitzel was named after Vienna, and the frankfurter after Frankfurt?
Can;t find a burger in Hamburg though, lol....I was too caught up with all the bratwurst (my fave food) to be bother to find a burger.....they have a turkish donair shop on every corner though
