No pics of this one, but I made a Vietnamese/Indian twist fish taco's dish this afternoon for lunch.
I used curry, coriander, coconut, garlic, red pepper, cumin, split black peppercorns, salt, white onions, green onions and white fish.
It was a great mix of sweet, savory, and hot.
I'll make it with chicken next time, though. I'm a bigger fan of it than I am fish.
