monterey chicken. tomatoes from the garden slap.. thin cut chicken breast. 1/2 slice of pepper jack. thin layer of kinders bbq sauce. sliced tomato. salt and pepper and balsamic, avacdo.

yeah its sooo good. it has mayo, lettuce and the chicken katsu sauce you normaly get with katsu they put it on top. it only cost like $4.00 for the burger and fries

so the sinaloa taco truck in Oakland came through to job the other day for a private fund raising event

some female at my job bet me I couldn't finish the super burrito in one sitting..... pssshhh... killed it in less than 10 minutes..... now she has to buy me lunch twice

it was supposed to be 15 inches, but we measured it and it was only about 12... so she cut me 3 inches off her burrito and I ate that too, lol

yeah, that and a horchata... they jacked up the prices so they could pay the taco truck and also donate money to charity

the girl a my job was selling the tickets and made the bet with me to get me to buy one... so I get 2 free meals... breaks down to a burrito plus 2 meals for $15... so it was worth it

Rib Eye Steaks (cut by me 1 inch w/ 1/4 inch fat kept )

Homemade Sicilian Meatballs - Little pork & beef in those fresh herbs from my garden .

Homemade Marinara - That came over on the boat w/ my family ...

Brown meatballs (do not cook) add to sauce let chill ...

Remember Pasta is never the main course its a side dish / the meat / protein is always the main attraction ....... @ least w/ Sicilians .

Usually its sliced tortillas, cheese (cotija I think), tomato sauce, and some sort of pepper to make it spicy. You fry the sliced tortillas for a bit before adding everything else
