In all honest it makes you want to never eat beef again. It's that good.

Besides, I did a side by side taste test between the NY Strip and the Bison Sirloin. Bison blows it out of the water. Seriously worth the extra dime in every aspect. Healthier, tastes better, better texture. Totally awesome.

It was suppose to be tacos but the shells broke. I like hard shell tacos, it must be the trash gut in me. Ground turkey, rice, lettuce, radish, cilantro, avacado, cheese and sour cream seasoned to perfection. It was bomb. My best to date.lol
