maybe I should clarify...I make hash-ish meals when I'm broke and tryin to stretch shit.. polska kielbasa cut in half long wise and broiled until its almost burnt, use the grease to fry the potatos (secret to GREAT country potatos or whatever you call them is to cover them and let the steam soften them first, then take the lid off and brown em up), with some onions and bell peppers, covered in cheese....my favorite.
I'm not diggin the corned beef part of it. Bad Irishwoman, I know.
