* Within the same piece, Rosenthal quotes a Giants official's response when asked if the club would like to find a more offensively-inclined catcher than their current options: "Name me one (available) catcher hitting over .250."

It was similar last year though the giants hitting didn't come alive until after the all star break i thought, i must admit though we're missing Uribe although he swings at anything thrown at him haha. Sanchez was clutch as well. Now with all these injuries the season don't look as bright i must admit.
