If anything you can blame Shaq. He's killin that team. I'm not even a Lakers fan, but damn, waiting till Sept. 11th to have toe surgery? How selfish is that? Having little to no offseason training regiment other than two-hand slam-dunking twinkies and Burger Kang Woppers down his pie-hole? Dude is a 7-layer burrito away from Shawn "Goodyear" Blimp status. He's slow on defense, can't defend the pick-n-roll very well, and he's lost a few inches off his verticle. On the other hand, Kobe is having a great year (statistically). Bryant is not to blame. However, it is evident that O'Neal is the engine on this team that makes it go. And that engine my friends, needs an overhaul in the worst way.

I think the first thing they should do is consider working Kareem Rush into Fox's spot. Let them rotate a little more, Fox is not contributing the way he needs to. I see nothing but inconsistancy from him. Atleast work rush in 15-20 minutes a game and make Fox deserve that spot back They really have nothing to lose, they need some king of spark. I liked starting Walker over Horry, that had a good effect as Walker seemed to be more active. As for SHAQ, good shit DEEP. This guy is a slob right now, and all that shit he said about the Kings, hes eatin' his words. People wonder why Kobe shoots so much, shit, do you really not know? This is the only cat on the team that wants to win anymore, its no wonder to me why he try's to take games over. As far as what people say on here, and what everyone says as opf late, Kobe is one of the most under-rated players in the NBA. Right now, he HAS to be selfish, tell me what other option does he have?
