I guess I will represent for Seattle
Mexican-Gordito's on 85th & Greenwood. They have burritos the size of newborn babies and weigh over 10 LBs.

Italian-Pasta Bella. 2 location, Queen Anne and Ballard. Affordable, delicious Italian with superb choice in wine and a cozy, home setting.

Fine dinning-Union Square Grill on 8th & Union. Excellent food. You will spend around $100 for 2 people, but its damn worth it. Steak melts in your mouth.

Seafood-Ray's Boathouse on Shilshoe Bay. Beautiful scenary of Puget Sound and you can either dine upstairs for a casual meal, or throw on the suit and sit downstairs. Red Snapper is bonkers.

Sushi-I dont like it, but Seattle has TONS of "trendy" or "high-end" sushi bars. One place to peep is the Umi Sake House in Belltown. A buddy of mine did the interior forit, and it looks amazing. Friday nights they have a DJ come spin downtempo in the arbetraium. Yes, you read that right.

Fried Chicken-Ezell's in the Central District on 23rd & Jefferson. There are 2 other locations, but this is the OG location. Kentucky fried how?

Ethnic flavor-Beunos Aries Grill in downtown is the shit. Food is excellent, steak and calimari is my favorite. Also try their sweet potato fries. Friday & Saturday nights they have a live tango duo who dance while you eat. The grand finale is them jumping and dancing on the bar. EXCELLENT service.

Teriyaki-Toshiyo's in the Southend is uncomparible. They leave the skin on the chicken and cook it. Bad for you? Yes. Taste fantastic? Damn skippy.
