I hate when Tech starts a tour for a new Cd that hasn't came out yet, and you go to the show and aren't familiar with the new songs yet.
I guess hate is a strong word, but I feel its more enjoyable to go to the shows after the cd drops.
Or is it just me?

what do you mean not familiar with the songs? it's not like he plays all new music. prolly hear start of wwc and hes a mental giant. those you can get familiar with before the show lol...

He usually does more than 1 or 2 songs off of the new album on the tour named after said album... dont remember which tour it was exactly but he did 3 or 4 songs I hadnt heard much or at all.

Canuck the Industry tour=All 6s and 7s tour?
I would just assume the the tour named for the album would have several songs from that album, maybe not. I think it was the KOD tour in Des Moines which was before the actual release of KOD, and Tech did 4 or 5 songs.
Not really and issue, more of a random thought.

Ok, the show was October 2nd, and the album released October 26th.
Darkened the sun, Strange music box and Low are all songs I was likely unfamiliar with. Strange Music box seems like it may have been leaked earlier cant remember for sure. I was drinking but recall songs coming on that I couldnt sing along to.
Either way thanks for posting the setlist, brought back memories

i understand where you're coming from, but at the same time....i sometimes like hearing it at a show first

i remember i heard 'my wife, my bitch, my girl' and 'riotmaker' and maybe 'welcome to the midwest' before EverReady came out and i really enjoy those more because of it. when i was listening to the cd for the first time i could remember parts of the concert....
