i never heard of torrent blockers. just turn your uploading off and youll be fine, even with public torrents. and only stay with trusted public torrent sites. i know torrentspy is RIAA-owned. theres also like a million other sites owned by them.

With her weak body, she couldnt fight off the infection. She passed away early yesterday morning. She was probably one of my closest family members.
