Clear this up for me... Nathan Spivey took over as unmasked Kane, or was the original Kane? Or is that wrestler not even connected ot Glenn Jacobs' Kane?

I've always been under the impression that more than one person has been Kane, but never got the right story as to how, when, and why it happened.

I think you mean Dan Spivey not nathan? I believe he was the original choice to play kane but it never worked out. Spivey did team with undertaker before he was known as undertaker.... thats about it
