You get more caffeine in french press because it allows the oils of the coffee to pass through the metal mesh... paper filters don't let much of that oil pass. I always preferred a french press taste!

its like a fucken cafe in my kitchen. Espresso shots all day son!


I drink black coffee, unsweented/ no cream. I like my coffee like my woman: dark. But ill drop some cream in her coffee. lol

I've become lightweight lactose intolerant so I've had to start using soy. Just aint the same.
drink it black! its worth a little research and trial and error to find out what coffee might taste awesome to you without anything added

also i heard dairy products can altogether block the beneficial anti-oxidant properties of teas and coffee, that might be more motivation to shy away from dairy in the coffee
