breh, i put the keyboard on her back and the mouse is on her right ass cheek. I DONT PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO THE INTERNETS.

on the real i dont live with my girl (THANK GOD) and she works mad early so she dips around midnight. i usually dont work till like 2pm so i stay up late.

i was told that the human body acts on 4 hour intervals of sleep. so getting 4 hours of sleep and you'll feel better then if you get 6 hours of sleep. 8 hours of sleep is better then 10 and so on and so on. not sure if it's true but everytime i only get 4 hours of sleep i feel fine but when i get somewhere in the middle of 4-8 then i feel like shit and it's super hard to get up, which is because i'm getting up in the middle of a 4 hour cycle.

not exactly true. the same studies said that youre supposed to get up, drink some water, go to the bathroom, or do whatever for a few minutes, then go back to sleep to get the benefits. so youre sleeping 8 hours its just divided into two nice perfect sleep cycles instead of one long cycle thats all jacked up

and thats not really true either. everybody is different. the best way to find out how much sleep you need is when youre on vacation or on your days off, just sleep until youre not tired anymore, dont use your alarm, do that a couple days in a row, and thats how much sleep your body actually craves and needs

didnt know how true it was, some dude told me at work and then i realized i feel alot better having 4 hours of sleep then 6.

on my days off i sleep like 12+ hours lol. but that is lack of sleep during the week. on a vaca i get up after 8 hours.

step 1 above all else: get a good mattress. whatever works best for you, a super plush pillow top, a super firm memory foam, whatever your body needs. you cant put a price on good sleep; you spend 1/3rd of your life sleeping, treat yourself with a luxurious bed. buy some 1000 thread count cotton luxury sheets, and keep them clean, wash them every few days and shit, and free of fabric softeners / scented chemical shit. do the same for your pillow covers, get some real smooth luxurious ones, and sleep with fresh new pillows that are most comfortable for you, like firm or extra plush or wahtever you desire. make sure theyre covered in an allergen cover and change them out every 6 months to a year. if youre a side sleeper have some extra pillows to put between your thighs or whatever to increase comfort. set your room temperature to the desired level; for instance i prefer not having the heat on at all, and having my room be very cold, but i sleep with two layers of sheets and a thick down comforter. a cool room provides the best sleep for most people; you may be different.

clean sheets, clean pillows, clean bedroom, remove all distractions from your room; tv's, computers, etc. make your room a shrine to sleep, dont spend a lot of time in your room hanging out or wahtever, your room is not your living room, you want your body to know that when you enter your bedroom its time for sleep and thats it. keep your room clean; clean fresh air and no heavy chemical air fresheners. take a shower every night before you go to sleep if showers relax you; it might have the opposite effect if youre used to your shower energizing you and amping you up to get your morning started. dont eat anything in the 4 hours leading up to your sleep; if you absolutely have to make sure its something very light and easily digestible. dont get drunk before you go to sleep; you might be able to fall asleep but your body will not repair itself and recover itself because your REM sleep will be disrupted. dont smoke meth before you go to sleep. dont snort cocaine before sleep

Lol thanks. I aint got no tv in my room, cant afford that shit. I think my sleep cycle is fucked up, and I cant ween myself off of the late nights. Usually the only time I can pass out is when im buzzed or drunk... Im boutta just exercise before I try to sleep I guess

...but not right now, im boutta blaze 1 and watch that new episode east bound and down.

smoking doesnt do it for me, I can still function. Now if I had the dough to cash out on hash every week, then i wouldnt be up all the time.

I think my body just works this way. 3-5 hours of sleep, then maybe an hour+ nap during the day, and thats it
