If you want to get your driving skill up REALLY QUICK.
Go to the race Criminal Records.

Set it to 30 laps, car type to super, and just go.
Each lap is about 30sec and since your going max speed most the time. Was able to get my driving from a little below 2 bars to 100/100 in 10min.
Was grinding RP with this race and figured it would be a hella easy way to get my driving skill up.

then went to get sum clothes and when i came back outside my shit was gone. lol
