you know you can't actually turn fat into muscle right?
that's a myth... fat and muscle are two different things... you gotta burn off fat and build muscle... if you build muscle and are already kinda fat you're gonna have that stocky big look... but fat is fat and muscle is muscle... you aint turnin fat into anything
and I dunno what you mean by "eat good" but if you mean "eat shitty" basically greasy type food which everybody loves... then you can still be lookin okaayy... maybe... but diet is a huge part of building muscle... still gotta get the right amounts of protein, carbs, healthy fats, etc etc...
and you probably don't wanna workout everyday... because you aren't resting your muscles that way
