Sooooooo.....a couple days ago this old guy (60) was sitting on the pull down bar side of the universal machine staring at this young (20) girl on another part of the universal machine. I'm in the middle on the actual pull up bar (between both of them) so I can see everything, and this old man kept staring at her ass. Then he seriously started playing with his balls right there, for a solid 10 seconds. Me and a couple other people saw him and the other 2 guys started to bust up laughing. I thought it was one of the sickest things I've seen in a while.

old guys in the gym are weird. I got this old guy in my gym who always stares at people working out, and tries to talk to everybody while they're working out, tries to hit on younger females, and also just talks to dudes about anything. he just sits in one corner leaning on this counter looking at everybody... once every 20 minutes he does this shit where he grabs the lat pulldown bar... puts the pin into about 20 lbs, stands up in front of it... pulls it down 2 inches about 3 times... stops for 10 seconds... does it 3 more times... stops again... then he's done... standing in the corner for another 20 minutes. one time he came up to me and started randomly telling me about his son's corvette... this is probably the only time I've actually had a conversation with this guy in my life... but he thought he would just randomly tell me about that shit anyways... then he walks to the counter and grabs a picture of the Corvette and shows it to me... why the fuck do you carry around a picture of your son's car with you in the gym???

Niggaz look like they on roids, bitches dressin all scandalous and hate it when niggaz stare (bitch go to the gym with sweats on instead of booty shorts and a sports bra on if you dont like niggaz staring at you). like when a little 120 lb. scrawny 16 year old kid with an extra long tall tee is standing in the fuckin squat rack doing wrist curls... when I wanna do squats... come on dude...

first of all... you need to quit wasting your time doing wrist curls you skinny bastard... especially for your first exercise when you get in the gym... second... if you really really wanna do wrist curls... grab any fucking random bar or dumbell in the gym and do them... why the fuck you standing in the squat rack????

i just came from my first day of playing b-ball..and i ran 3 games....and i feel terrfic...now i cant touch no food since its after 9....its going to be impossible

you know you can't actually turn fat into muscle right?

that's a myth... fat and muscle are two different things... you gotta burn off fat and build muscle... if you build muscle and are already kinda fat you're gonna have that stocky big look... but fat is fat and muscle is muscle... you aint turnin fat into anything


and I dunno what you mean by "eat good" but if you mean "eat shitty" basically greasy type food which everybody loves... then you can still be lookin okaayy... maybe... but diet is a huge part of building muscle... still gotta get the right amounts of protein, carbs, healthy fats, etc etc...

and you probably don't wanna workout everyday... because you aren't resting your muscles that way

I don't workout erry day. That's for the gym rats. 3 times a week at the minimum!

I'm 5'8 or 5'9 about 2 months or 3 months ago I was about 210 getting bigger...Within the Last three months or so I've got down to 177..I go up and Down..but my diet and my exercise remain consistent so I'm losing about 2 or 3 lbs a week...Trying to get to 168 by September 8.

you're right with this post... I just misunderstood what you were saying and took some it literally... I thought you means literally transform the fat into muscle, because a lot of people think you can do that

I agree... healthy food can be "good" food, if you know how to season and shit you're all in the doe right there... although I tend to buy the same type of food and get sick of it because it's just easy and simple

and yeah... 3 or 4 days a week is cool... right now I'm just doin 3 days a week... rest and eat on my off days to let those muscles build up
