This is for ma husky siccness members who know ur never gonna have a 6 pack unless ur drinkin! Hulk Up Ma Niggas! Errybody know u gotta run and do all that extra shit to get where u want but fuck tryin to get ripped unless ur frail like bow wow or lil romeo. Im 5'4 1/2 tippin the scales at 191 so why do I wanna get ripped? Its not in ma genes so I might as well hit that heavy iron and yoke it up a bit mayne. I do take supplements when im hittin the weights.

i just sat down with my pops and had a long talk..today i tipped the scales at 250 and im 5'9...i was at 240 about 2 months ago...im giving up drinking beer,giving up snacks,giving up fried foods, and just drinking water,and start walking every night...fuck gettin buffed im trying to lost 50 pounds and get down to 200

You should work on your diet and run everyday if you can.

My boy was around the same size and weight as you. He lost 60 lbs by dieting & cardio. He's in the best shape of his life! Real talk! Now he pulling hoes and feeling good about his health.

You my friend is a work in progess, but you can do it! Just stay on top of your game and stay consistent. Consistency is what it's all about.

Yeah I feel u on the food thang mayne. But u can still eat good as long as u workout erry day. But that's hard also.

Brownie mack is on point with this thread, Im a hair under 5'10" around 210 or 215, and itll be a cold day in hell when I get any sort of six pack, lol. I used to play sports in high school, and worked outside, now im stuck in an office working, its time to start hitting the weights again. Get a little pumped up pretty quick.

You need to cut down on all that meat, carbo, fried food, sweets all that bullshit...eat a good breakfast, and eat healthy shit 4 other times a day aand in about 5 months you can drop like 50 of those pounds without too much excercise.

for real tho, its pretty hard to get buff if u drinkin all the time. ive never been fat but i wasnt really "tone" until i stopped drinkin beer. Im telling u, stop drinkin beer, do pushups and situps each day and ull see results pretty damn quick. Plus bitches love when u got a six-pack, even more then when u holdin a 6 pack lol

yeah im right under 5'10'' too (weigh around 174-180 lbs ) and I acknowledge that drinking alcohol is THE reason i haven't been toned or in optimal health these past few years.. I get a shit load of daily cardiovascular exercise but when you drink almost daily its nearly impossible to combat.

I've been drinking my whole adult life (im 23) and I honestly never realized how much it affects health and how good you feel when you take breaks from binge drinking until recently. I seriously didn't know what life was like without the buzzed/drunk/hungover cycle. It holds you back in way more ways than giving you a beer gut imo. lol sorry for the rant but its good to give yourself a reminder when ever possible.

i drank way more when i was underage then i do now that im 21. Freshmen year of college i drank alot, like everyone else, but i got tired of that. Fuck sleeping till 2 on saturday and sunday and wake up feelin like shit. and yea no matter how u paint it, there isnt much worse for ur health then drinking

i was like 6 foot nothin in high school and weighed like 210ish

within like 6 months of graduating dropped down to 170ish

now im about 6'1...started drinkin multiple times a week in february, back up to about 200 haha

fuck it, i eat whatever i want and drink whatever i want and im definitely not fat...so until it becomes an issue, im stickin with drinkin and eatin hella fried and fast foods

i should really turn some fat into muscle tho haha

you know you can't actually turn fat into muscle right?

that's a myth... fat and muscle are two different things... you gotta burn off fat and build muscle... if you build muscle and are already kinda fat you're gonna have that stocky big look... but fat is fat and muscle is muscle... you aint turnin fat into anything

but yeah... personally I'm kinda in between this thread and the chizzled thread... my main goal is to build muscle while keeping lean, so I eat a lot... but keep it mostly healthy... I'd like to lower my bodyfat like 5% maybe... and keep addin on pounds

and I dunno what you mean by "eat good" but if you mean "eat shitty" basically greasy type food which everybody loves... then you can still be lookin okaayy... maybe... but diet is a huge part of building muscle... still gotta get the right amounts of protein, carbs, healthy fats, etc etc...

and you probably don't wanna workout everyday... because you aren't resting your muscles that way
