Josh Freeman.....Kirk Cousins......WTF......Seriously none of these dudes are franchise QB's, if we don't ride with Mcgloin then we need to focus on the draft for a QB, we are at a point with the cap that we can make major moves and Freeman or Cousins are not the answer

They dont want to start a rookie at least at the beginning of the season. Pretty sure there gonna go for Bridgewater if hes available but there not gonna throw him right into the fire which is smart imo. I dont care what anyone says the Bucs were one of my favorite offenses to watch in 2012. Freeman falling off like he has was all mental and going to the Vikings wasnt a fresh start there fucken wack besides AP. Freeman still is a pretty decent passer in my eyes.

I don't think we'll draft a qb in the first round, unless we move down and draft carr or something. I see us going after a qb in round 2. I have a feeling we're gonna draft sammy watkins

Well word is Bridgewater is the only qb they will draft in the 1st round if hes still available and that they also dont want a rookie qb starting which is the only reason i said what i said. All based off what ive heard

Just because it's the only qb they would draft in the first round, doesn't mean they're going to draft him. I think since they're not going to start a rookie right away they'll draft a guy later to develop. I think he's the only guy they'd draft with the number 5 pick, but if they moved down they could possibly draft someone else. I think basically they just ruled out manziel and bortles

we dont need a franchise QB. we need to do what the seahawks did and fill out the defense and all other parts of the team first, then plug in the QB last. we need a stop gap QB for a few years untill this team is really ready to compete.

I like Kirk Cousins the most. I agree with Chree.... the Redskins may settle for a 2nd round pick. If I'm Oakland, I'd offer a 4th as a negotiating starting point.

Freemon is garbage!!

why would you give up any picks for cousins when u have mcgloin on the roster who did just as good, if not better than cousins

I agree we need to address the secondary most of all but theres a reason u draft a qb and let him sit on the bench and learn. We can't wait a few years we already have 2 dope receivers and a good TE in Rivera. We are wasting talent if we don't try to find a qb that can get them the ball.

^^^ How you expect him to block when our whole O-Line cant block? And how good were our qbs last season lol? Im sure his drops werent thrown right in his hands. Hes only 23 years old. Fuck u expect from him to be Tony Gonzalez? You do realize he was a rookie right?

I know that some of his drops were on easy pitch and catch type of passes that hit him in the hands. or at least appeared to be that way from where I was sitting.

I guess in a sense, since we are talking about our raiders, an average player is a good player... My gripe is he cant block. thats why mastrud was getting a lot of snaps when we were attempting to run the ball.

rivera is a good prospect, fortunately, blocking is something that can be improved with hard work. if you can't catch the ball or you don't got speed or run good routes/get open. then you're screwed, even if you can block.

don't forget we still got ausberry too, there will be some potential for two TE sets. just too bad we're stuck with olsen as OC. DA fucked himself over with his choices at OC.
