Just read on ESPN were talking to tatupu
I think he can be signed for cheap too, seems like he just wants to be sure he'll see playing time.

Got an email from Lofa earlier today:

"Yes its official. I don't want to go, and i actually wanted to accept the pay cut but they said they couldnt garauntee id still be on the team. Dont believe what the papers are saying. I tried to work something out. I love this city! Take care!"

Sad day, hope he gets on somewhere else or just enjoys his money and his family, either way he's a good dude ill still be rooting for him
This also goes to show how full of shit the media is. they're all saying lofa wouldn't accept the pay cut, so he was cut from the team. they don't know shit.

HUE JACK CITY is the fuckin man! great article on him:

“What are you doing over here?” Jackson asked Harbaugh. “This is my city now. Get back to where you belong. I gotta pay a toll to come see you. You don’t have to pay a toll to see me. That’s how it is.”

“We’re getting ready to do something special,” Jackson said. “I just feel it. Jim Harbaugh’s across the Bay. Hue Jackson’s on this side. I want to own the Bay Area. So does he. That’s what it’s all about.

“I have high expectations. I’m not backing down from that. Why would I? Some people think you shouldn’t make a bunch of noise. I look at it the other way: I talk boldly and carry a big stick.”

hue jax hasn't been our coach for the last decade and lol at owning. we play once every 4 years and both our squads have been garbage. only difference now, is that we're on the rise and niners are somehow going to be worse this season than they were last.

not really all talk. training camp hasn't been this physical and intense since gruden was coach. as OC he took our team from 12 points per game to 25. I think he did alright for his first year with the team.

According to ESPN.com's Bill Williamson, "all indications are that the Seahawks plan on signing" free agent TE Zach Miller during his Monday visit.
Still just 25 years old, Miller fits Seattle's game plan of signing young players with ties to their coaching staff. Seahawks owner Paul Allen has deep pockets, and coach Pete Carroll has shown an impressive ability to recruit over the past two years. The Raiders have a dogfight on their hands for Miller.

The Raiders didn't want Wimbley's $11.3 million franchise tag applied to the 2011 salary cap. The team's top pass rusher will receive an eye-popping $29 million in guarantees, though Caplan suggests a decent portion of that is tied up in option and signing bonuses. Wimbley did a commendable job of turning his career around last year, but that's a lot of money tied up in a player with two quality seasons in five.

that's a lot of bread, but maybe the raiders front office seen something in wimbley the rest of us arent seeing. Was wondering with all the money the raiders gave to Wimbley and Routt, couldnt they have cut those two and kept Namdi and Miller instead?

Nnamdi didn't leave because of money, he's ring chasing. He could've got more money with another team.

As for Kam, he had a breakout year. Our D was 2nd in the league in sacks and Kam was a big part of that. Still too much money though.
