Byrdie mos def got the east coast lyrics but with a west coast flavor....more people need to try what he did, instead of copying everybody else's stee...

all copying gets you is love from the same ol people in the same ol places, but not many new people...

Am I the only one that sees the hypocrisy in this statement???

Tadou is basically saying.....don't copy the West Coast.....copy the East Coast. What a dumb ass. "Rap like the East Coast....not the West."

What the fuck are East Coast lyrics??

if i typed a summary, nobody would get it...if i typed a novel, everyone would complain...

What im saying is, everyone on the west coast (the NW *ESPECIALLY*) needs to quit doing what everyone else is doing...yet they dont..which is why nobody besides NWA-affiliated people make it big

Enunciation is key, as is eloquence...and when grown ass 25, 26 year old men dont even know what these words mean, or how to do them...it scary.

There's *ONE SINGLE THING* that all rich and successful people have in common: Vocabulary...so its simple: find people with the biggest vocabulary who can still roc the mic...if they only got one or the other, then they'll stay unoriginal...

The way you said that, made it seem like that. Keep in mind I've talked to you since I posted that. And I even brought this up. If Jay-Z started rappin' about bangin' B's OR C's, or rollin in a lowrider, or anything like that, he would be gay as fuck, so would his rhymes. that's my point, his lyrics may be tight, but he wouldn't be comin real, and if someone's comin fake, then they can show themselves to the door. know what i'm sayin? I am chilled out homey! :classic:

Aight, well I didnt mean for it to sound like I was shittalkin.....and u do got a point, but I doubt Jay-Z is ever gonna be biting off the west....leave that to Ja Rule and Camron.
Yeah, Ja Rule and Cam'ron have both copied beats by West Coast artists before.

Jay-Z, he impressed me with his last album, but the only thing is like every single song was sampled, usually from some old smooth jazz stuff. So I don't know that he's Mr. original either.

Jay-Z doin the damn thing, and got respect in the mixtape community too....thats a hard thing to do!

Once we get some mixtapes circulatin around here....then the nationwide mainstream AND underground respect will come...until the mixtapes start poppin up...the NW gonna stay EXACTLY where we at right now.

People like to know that you aint ONLY droppin rhymes in the studio, or ONLY droppin rhymes when they're pre-written...they wanna know that if they ever met you on the streets, that you'd kick a rhyme off top the dome RIGHT THEN AND RIGHT THERE! Its a security thing or somethin..i aint sure, but i know thats what hiphop fans look for...
