Steve Nash records 10,000th-career assist
Steve Nash recorded his 10,000th assist of his career on Tuesday night as the Lakers battled the Rockets in Houston.
With 29.1 seconds left in the half, Nash dished to veteran forward Antawn Jamison for a jumper. The Lakers, playing as underdogs without Dwight Howard, Pau Gasol and Jordan Hill, took a 62-59 lead into the half over the Rockets.
