My Gym Doesn't Need A Make Over, But This Dude Well Thought Out His Plan Of Design. If Y'all Need Inspiration Look At All This, It Don't Take But Much. That Tire In The Back Yard Is A Good Find, Plus A Sledge Hammer To Take Sum Swings Is Hard To Beat. If You Can Work Out Every Muscle In The Body Then I Must Say You Have A Complete Gym. There Is No One Who Is Going To Go Far In Body Building Or Training Not Building Up Every Muscle In Their Routine.
For Me My Back Feels Better And The Pain In My Hip Is Gone. I'm Going To Take It Easy And Do What I Can. I Have Three Programs Under One Name, I'm Going To Torque Into Them Once I Can Find The Mental Ability To Pump As Much As I Use To.
