That beat has been bit by everyone. The original is by Club Nevou "Why ya treat me so bad"

Here is a list of other songs that use it...

i dunno if yall seen boyz n the hood...........remember when hes a young kid.......hes walkin across the street.......and some car pulls up to the stop sign bumpin the hardest fuckin beat........well newayz. the same one is on the nefarious bootleg cd...........i dont know if yall are feelin me, but the beat is so hard, damn........
