Game is going to put a dent in the game, can't deny that. He's rollin with G-Unit/Aftermath, a group and a label that can't be fucked with by the industry at this point in time. I don't think Aftermath will ever be stopped until Dre hangs up his towel, which I pray is NOT anytime soon.

However, I don't think Game, standing alone, is going to put the West Coast back up completely. He's going to bring the spotlight to So Cal and Compton again, but the West Coast as a whole needs more than one man to prosper. Not hating on Game, but he's only one man, we need an entire army. Game is going to start it, and hopefully a shitload of us will follow and just take back what's ours.

Once dudes mainstream debut drops, it's up to the rest of us to jump into the light that will be shining down on California once again, and spread it throughout all regions.

just like Sydal is saying, once he drops and hopefully sets it off (no guarantee theyll bring the spotlight back) every one needs to be ready and drop some QUALITY solos or GROUP albums not some rushed mix tape shit and try to get the nations attention.

In the Bay we have some good things going right now and I really feel they can make an impact if handled properly. Get back to the old days of hustlin and putting your Heart and Time into our projects AND if it doesnt work out try again, work hard and all the pices shall fall into place.

Nina, it's true that these folks would need distribution and promotion, but first they need to look at what Game did, and do the same shit if they want to blow up, then they could get their deals.

People may not like it, but they have to change their style these days to do what Game is doing. Shit, I knew that before Game ever changed up or got signed. It all depends on how bad an artist wants it. Of course, no artist is going to shine off Game, but it will have people looking this way.

I mean, look, Game has an east coast flow now, he's rollin with an east coast crew, and it's working. Everybody out here that's going to hate on dude, needs to step their game up and do whatever it takes to blow up, if that's why you're in this rap shit. Don't hate Game, he's smart, he knew how he needed to sound to make it.

So yes, Game will have the torch until somebody hotter grabs it from him and starts runnin'. But he's smart, he spits that east coast easy goin flow kinda, but reps the shit out of California...

I feel you, but in order to make a big Impact you'll have to have a big budget.

yes, and in order to have a big budget you need to get noticed. Besides Game right now there really isnt anyone with a big budet and the backing he has. Everyone is at ground zero right now. Bout the only big budget cats I can think of is maybe Quiks camp or even AP9 with Death Row but that label has become a joke as of late....

Personaly,I'm from Sac,but I think the Bay is goin to make a big impact on the industry.Really it allready has, everyone try'n to hop on a Rick Rock beat and get hyphy on the east.I'm not hatin on Game but I think the Bay will be next.

Sac's got strait heat all day,yet still we go unnoticed?Cause we have to be hungry and willin to put in work, when most of us just want to twist purps, sip henny, and funk over anything that we get a chance to.We need to pull together with all this talent and netwerk,so many artists with crazy unique styles and producers too.We would be doin thangs if we all came toghter on some shit, instead of only fuckin with kids from inividual camps.

But yeah,it takes a village,not one man.

I feel you sydal, you hit it right on the nose, Moss Maja was suppose to be one of those artist to shine, but he's on the Westcoast gangsta shit, and that's dead now, but I could've put it in better words.

Blazelazy, I live in Sac as well, but I'm from Los Angeles, Sac does have heat, but it's all about your surroundings as well, if Hollis isn't going to support the artist in Sac, because he is one of the hottest known producers around, it won't work, Hollis should work these artist to the majors, they call him daily, but I guess he feels that if they're not signed to Out of Bounds, then he's not fucking with you, but he need to swallow his pride and and put these packages together and shop these Sac cats, it's ridiculous heat out here. Game just hooked up with the man, "DRE" and the hottest label around, which is Shady Records, you can't loose there. Hollis has fell off, I hate to say, but he's got heat, and I'm a Hollis fan

But like I said before it's not the West turn, maybe Game could shorting the time, I hope.

Guerilla Black is cool, but he doesn't have the nucleaous of a Shady Records to keep him on top. Dre, Slim Shady, Interscope, Violet Brown, etc.. plus he sounds to much like Biggie, no one is ready for the sound alike, as the same thing for Pac, those are two rap legends, they're classic, you can't impersonate legends like that, he won't make it.

Game is tight no doubt, and nina is right......$$$$$$$$$$ doe!doe!doe! you could be the hottest artist in the world but if it's no budget, no promotion, no big label to hype the artist then it wouldn't be shit but underground until this artist surfaces to the big dogs wit the big money and pull to make it happen. I mean the bay is stuck on it's own sound just like LA is. game and Guerilla Black right now have stepped out of the norman west coast played out styles to get this major push and support. I mean my flow n style has never really to anyone out here sounded "bay" but I get hated on cuz of that. "niggas you sound like" or nigga you need to move " or niggas you ain't gunna sale out here" and im like do we even buy niggas shit out here anyway. But better believe once I got that style that's accepted from the east to the south to the north that niggas ull come on in. Hate is a given from the start. So like Sydal said it will not just take one man to bring the west back. It will need to be a bunch of other artists and groups. we need more producers to help do so and we have started in the bay. Rick rock, Sean T, Easki and a few more need to grab the hottest artist not they folks they grew up wit but the ones who got the glow and really collaborate and get so creative with it to bring the best album to the table. that's what im doing. I feel I will be that artist out here and when Sean T get my package it's on. Ima say it now. In 2005 Im next and will accept everything that comes with being a hot artist. That's my word. Game is tight. But it ain't nowhere near over after him. Thisis only the second beggining.

Alkohol, man, I FEEL YOU!! I don't have no "bay" sound to my shit either, and cats were HATIN'!! Sayin shit like, "man, fuck that L.A. sound, this is the bay"...or "man, why don't you do some MOB SHIT?"..and my answer every time is..."I'm trying to make it...you hear Bay cats on the radio in the bay, I'm trying to be on the radio in Los Angeles and New York, and down in the dirty".

Speaking of Sean T, how the hell can I get something to dude? I've been hearing his shit, and DAMN, it's spicy fuckin hot. We have like 50 or so group tracks right now, I'm working on solo shit as well, but myself and the other cat I rap with need some backing to get a jump start, 'cause we're broke as fuck. Somebody holla at me and let me know if I can send some shit to somebody, I don't care if it's underground or mainstream at this point, I just don't think we belong in the gutter not able to do shit.

basically that's what I did...I hit the site...made a contact and my package is on it's way. My peoples....we all gotta do what we do to the fullest and we will surface one way or another. It's like a gettin a job. You know what you gotta do to get in. Once we in..do we want to stay in the position we were hired for initially or do we want a promotion. Basically we meet the masses needs but wit our own style. 50 did not flow the way he did before he was fuckin wit Dre. Nor did Game....or probably anyone else fuckin wit Dre. It is a sought and thought out plan in which creativity comes in to play to make those record sales. Now in the bay we don't go as far as makin up a lifetime story of coming from the slums, thuggin etc..to create some type of image .that's a givin in the bay...Us cats down here are concerned wit music. But since we are we gotta make heat. I gotta get my shit better and better cuz when that time does come niggas can't be in the studio wit a Sean T , a Dre, a Easki and blow an opportunity. Juices gotta be flowin...creativity gotta come from everywhere.
