i have that mr raskal album, he doesnt claim sur, he just raps about balling & shit like that....he's from AZ and he likes to feature sureno rappers because he see's talent in certain sureno rappers like knightowl, lil demon & sal capone but you dont hear him talking shit or saying sur 13 on any of his songs.
