Rae, it's all love man. Here's my issue, and it ain't on no street level gangsta shit either. I asked J-Locc to set up a battle between Cap and I so we could just say what we gotta say and be done with it, Cap refused saying he was done with the shit, so I said FUCK IT, WHATEVER, ALL GOOD!! I left the shit alone, and then I hear this battle track between Cane and Cap, and Cap goes off sayin some dumb shit about me...that's a cheap shot. So, I put this song up to tell how I feel about that, and everybody that knows me knows I'm about speaking my mind.
If you pay attention to what I'm sayin in my verse, it's DEFENSIVE, not OFFENSIVE...anything I said having to do with violence stemmed from "YOU SAID YOU'LL CATCH ME IN TRAFFIC"...My group, Uncle Jon based his words on what he knows about Cap, and Killah Mo based his verse out of anger, due to the fact, "catching someone in traffic" is basically an indirect threat on that persons life. Mo has been around from the start, knowing about the cats that came here to put some hot ones in my ass, which happened more than once and started when I was only 8 or 9...along with various other attacks. His whole point is, "I'll stand in front of Sydal and do whatever if it means he still breathes"...can't be mad at that....
Music is my anger release....we both know from my ladie's situation, that going out and chuckin 'em, 9 times outta 10, ain't worth it...

Oh, and no Rae, it isn't that serious to me...I've said what I have to say, I'm done with it. There's much more important shit in life to worry about. If I go out somewhere, and somebody attacks me though, hell yea I'll chuck em....but everybody puttin ideas in their heads about me takin' it to a whole different level is just garbage. I remain on the level I am right now, calm...collected, and all about business...and speakin my mind is my business, thats what I do.
