The first rappers I met was the Boogie Boys (Fly Girl). But I went to school with soon to be rap icons, such as Scarface, Tony Draper, Mr. 3-2 of Rap-a-LOT, Lil Flea, Icey Hott, Nutt of Street Military, and G-Rapp.

JT the Bigga Figga is the dude! when you meet him all you wanna do is shut up and listen that guys like a ever-revolving fountain of game and knowledge he knows the industry u can tell a person like that will never go broke, that mutherfucker had like a dozen college students on laptops doing non-stop promotion the whole like 2 hours we were at his spot,I dont think one of them said a word....it was like the nino brown assembly line in new jack city but without the dope and titties...add to that he was hella humble and congragulating he told Mr illmannered he was like a Godfather to bay music.

Nickatina used to have a store here in Hayward off Mission/E-14 kinda borderline.. i met him there when the first Horns & Halos dropped. me and like 5 homies just woke up from a party, headed out there, got shit signed and one of my homeboys found the rest of a dub from the previous night in his hoody so we blazed it down behind the shop, good times. then i met just bout the whole Apt. 3/DNA crew: ADR, T-Spoon, Malice and Mars at a show in Concord last December, and then again at their June show in Orangevale.

First dudes I really met were JT the Fig and Quinn - Hip Hop on the Green, waaaay back I think 92 or 93...Fig just dropped "Dont Stop" on tape, Quinn had the single "Get Your Spot In The Shade"...Fig and I were the same age, Quinn was younger...there were overturned cars on fire, shit was wild. Pooh Man was lighting weed on stage in front of the cops, there were tons of young future Bay stars everywhere. If I still had half of the shit that was given to me that day ( tapes, shirts, posters ), I could make a small fortune selling them in the sicc classifieds lol.
