It would be great if they do make it over the counter, however it should be available to girls under the age of 18 as well.

It’s a great idea and should be available over the counter without a prescription, but so should regular birth control and that isn't.

it [regular brith control] should also be nationally subsidized so that is has a low monthly cost, like under $10 if not available totally free of cost. should also come with a box of condoms.

Promoting safe sex is definately a good thing, but no matter how many condoms you pass out there will always be those who choose not to wear them on a regular basis and like CB pointed out, accidents can occur (according Tadou, these mishaps can only occur if you're doing "crazy porno" shit, like "doggystyle"). So, not only do we need to promote safe sex, we also need to promote standard missionary with a hole cut in the blanket sex.
