By the way I'm 6'1" and around 245-250 so I guess by the standards set in the first post, I qualify even though I don't have much actual fat to work with. When I stop lifting weights for a few months I drop to 220-225. I wouldn't feel right being under 220. Less weight generally means less power, and I'd much rather be able to overpower these skinny fucks than to be able to say I weigh less. I always laugh at these dudes that are 6'0" and weigh 160lbs thinking they're buff because they're so skinny that their little muscles have no choice but to show, but in the gym they try to lift off to the side where nobody is paying attention to them because they're weak as FUCK.
The sad part for a lot of these twigs is I'm as fast and agile and I have as much stamina as they do. Add that to the fact that I'm much bigger, stronger and I get as many bitches (or more in many cases) than they do and where are their benefits? LOL.
