Its pretty hard NOT to assume that. Tech's tried to get a verse from Em for years. He's trying again, and while he's already confirmed pretty much everyone he wanted to get on, Em has yet to respond. Not even a word about it. And like everyone else said, cost is not an issue, why would Tech even say he wanted Em if it was? Em cant cost much more than Wayne.
Obviously I dont know why Em hasn't responded yet. I just have a feeling he won't again, and if he doesn't, you gotta wonder why.

There's just no use in debating with you when you ignore all the plausible reasons as to why it hasn't happened yet. Also, don't assume it won't, it very well may have already and nothing has been said.

Yes, your right, Em might have already sent a verse in, and Tech is keeping it a surprise. That would be fantastic. But until I get confirmation from Tech that Em is on the album, or I see him on the tracklist, I will assume he hasn't responded yet. Again.

Anyway, why does it matter so much? Tech hasn't done anything for you other than provide you with cool stuff to spend your money on. There's no need for the hostility toward something you have no control over.
The day you'll know Em's not on the album is when the disc finalization process has ended and there's been no mention of Em collaborating. They're not going to sit on a feature that big and use it as a surprise. You've known for how long that Wayne was going to be on the album? Exactly.
