nice! i just bought the remix ep for love rhymes... Can't wait for this shit
I picked up the Love Rhymes... remix EP as well. Ladies and Gentlemen and Metro Nomes are two sick songs. I liked the alternate version of Crimes a lot...wasn't really feeling the alternate for Peacock Skelton... though.

Also I forgot to put in my original post that both Johhny and Jordan have solo songs on the album which is a first.

MacGuinn I don't know if you have heard Johnny Whitney and Mark Gajadhar side project Neon Blonde but if you haven't you should check it out. It has more of a electronic and dance music feel but still a hardcore sound to it.

No offense...but I could not get into this shit one bit.

It seems like overnight every skinny emo kid learned how to scream.

I remember when you had to have a deep voice to do this shit.

I can't stand in reverent fear, I can't get into this band...it's just...the whole turn that most music has taken today is something I cant get into. It's like every genre suddenly was overcome by skinny ass fashion kids screaming with trebly-ass voices.

I like like...old ZAO, Norma Jean, etc. Basically like Metal Blade or Victory Records type shit. I suppose I've reached the point where I am now an old fogey talkin about the good old days. Heh

Edit: I Guess all the bands I liked are no longer on victory...Integrity, Strife, All Out War, etc.

Thanks man. I'll check it out. I thought both the alt. versions on the ep sucked hard. but i'll give them some time to grow on me.

I didn't download it off that site but on my copy most of the songs fade out eventually. Sounds more like snippets of songs. Does that happen on yours too? I think only like 3 songs on the copy I got is more than 2:30 minutes long.

If you like this album go get Crimes and ...Burn, Piano Island, Burn both are amazing fucking albums. Before those two their sound was more straight forward screams but all their albums have been great IMO.

Johnny Whitney's (the one with the high voice) isn't for everybody but I personally think his voice sounds dope. I like how the two lead singers go back and forth a lot too. Also the lyrics aren't up for this album yet of course but they got some pretty clever shit.

I can understand why some people don't like it and that's cool. Thanks for putting input into why you don't like the music instead of putting shit like "fuck this stupid bullshit" and etc. like 99% of the board does.

Oh yeah and what songs are your favorite off the album SiccFucc? My personal fav. song is Lift the Veil, Kiss the Tank. Man is that song is sick as fuck.

I also like Laser Life, Huge Gold AK-47, Street Wars/Exotic Foxholes and Spit Shine Your Black Clouds a lot. All the songs are dope though IMO.

From what I understand no leaked versions have the last song (Giant Swan) on them so I guess I'll have to wait to hear that one.

Macguinn: They have the leaked version of Young Machetes and a bunch more albums to download on this site incase you don't have it yet.
