That shit will make a man sick...Litterally...When I was going through my custody battle at one point my BM had my daughter 95% and I only had 5%...
I was paying 905$ a month...My BM lied her ass off for the first 4 years of my daughters life to the courts....Then all it took was one supervised visit and everything changed.....LOL....
Now I have my daughter 50% I pay no child support have no more back pay and my Babys mom has a gag order, where she cant speak on me or my houshold no moe.....
Now my daughter is upstairs sleep...it took a lot of effort, lawyer money and greed from my baby's mom to get it but....Eventually....The TRUTH came out.....

Yeah Tony that deserves a double post for sure.....My BM was lying her ass off and was getting away with it...I know first hand guilty till proven innocent.....Its not the other way around...
It was 905 a month and I was a saleperson....That dissomaster is full of shit.....THey need a new way to calculate things....I feel sorry for people and how the system fucks us.....Yeah we fucked ourselves by having kids out of wedlock or getting divorced..WHatever the situation may be....But parents should do whats best for the kid (yeah right in a perfect world)....And not be so vindictive or spitefull...If the other parent dosent abuse the child or put the child in a crazy environment....Than both sides should share the same amount of parenting time...
I remember in court the judge ordered a man who wanted nothing to do with his child..Pick up the child and spend time with him or her.....When the judge ordered the man to pick his child up the cat stormed out the courtroom pissed off.....
I was after him and was fighting to see my kid and the judge wouldnt hear me....
Maybe if i acted like i didnt give a shit..things would of turned out differently....Fuck the system

Not enough detail. From what you are saying though, you aren't legally required to pay any type of child support.
When she files with the court they will subpoena the birth certificate which the father signs acknowledging that they are the father. If that isn't available then she can place a court order on you to get tested.
