listen, nobody did anything to you until you decided to call gays retarded.
do you think 206 would have only needed to add "like catholics?" if you had never belittled gays and their beliefs?
you cant disrespect somebody and then expect respect from anybody.
what i said was my honest opinion. I truly believe that there is a distinct possibility that it is a form of mental retardation. And trust me this wasn't the first time someone attacked my religion, it is a continuous thing.

there are different levels of mental retardation. But maybe that isn't the right word, maybe mental illness or disease. I think they are born that way and its no different that other mental illnesses that some babies are born with.

Gay DNA found

In the first-ever study combing the entire human genome for genetic determinants of male sexual orientation, a University of Illinois at Chicago researcher has identified several areas that appear to influence whether a man is straight or gay.

UIC's Brian Mustanski, working with colleagues at the National Institutes of Health, found stretches of DNA that appeared to be linked to sexual orientation on three different chromosomes in the nucleus of cells of the human male.

"There is no one 'gay' gene," said Mustanski, a psychologist in the UIC department of psychiatry and lead author of the study. "Sexual orientation is a complex trait, so it's not surprising that we found several DNA regions involved in its expression."

"Our best guess is that multiple genes, potentially interacting with environmental influences, explain differences in sexual orientation."

^LOL!! So true.. Basically the same hell-bound scumbags we're all used to, with a combined accumulation of 50,000 posts and 10,000 started threads (half of them about religion in some way). Tireless. They're the only 5 crabs left in the bucket, which is why I suggested one not take them seriously. What secure, sound-minded individual would? I never have..

Care to provide a link to a published paper?

I am curious who funded this, SNP chips are not cheap...

thanks

here's the actual link:

http://www.springerlink.com/content/3xcxqtb6x36aaap1/fulltext.html

Only problem is they didn't use SNP chips, they had only 403 microsatelite markers so they probably missed a lot of interesting stuff but of course this is from 2005 so you can expect that much from a genomic paper published around that time :)

Still they find Shh and Nrg, GNRH1 and STAR, which makes sense, not much is known about the other genes

Do you want me to start threads about science?

I can do that, easily

I mean science that has nothing to do with destroying yet another religious myth...

How much interest do you think they will attract??

^^It wouldn't matter since by siccness standards, they are inextricably connected due to the insecure nature of its users who are too savage and unstable to maintain a topical conversation without veering off into space. Many on here at least feign interest in science, yet easily diverge into quarrelsome religious onslaughts, creating the long established dichotomy we see presently. Hence my initial comment that this forum has went to shit...

if you think any of the shit you mentioned is new and recent then you must be new yourself and shouldnt have assumed anything about something you do not know.

you are trying to generalize homosexuals into a category of retards?!?!?!!?

My cousin, whom is a homo, is possibly one of the smartest people I know.

@ Park Boyz.....I disagree with you:

This forum has went to hell; I suggest you deal with it and expect nothing more.
we went to Hell and came back!
