an FFT Filter set to the right config will give you that, maybe be you could find an FFT Filter with a preset? I set mine myself so IDK?

It should be called the cher effect, but autotune is prolly the easiest way to get that effect. As far as the phone effect just use any eq or filter and cut everything but the upper mids, and lower highs.

I recommend trying the Sonalksis SV-517 Mk2 Equaliser Plug-in. Thing rocks, it's really easy to tweak with. Also "Electri-Q" is a nice EQ plugin. PSP Vintage Warmer is dope also, it's a kind of do it all plugin. And if you want a really nice reverb, IK Multimedia's CSR is a really good one.

There are hundreds upon hundreds of great plugins out there. There's really not a "standard" in plugins yet, and I doubt there ever will be, there are many many MANY great companies in the industry, it's difficult to go wrong.
