Tech N9ne's not always fast, but mos def dope... Twista's usually dope but has lacked severely lyrically as of the past 5-10 years..

Little Bruce is one of the most underrated "fast rappers" out there IMO...there are plenty of folks who can rap fast, but not many can stay on beat while they do it
