Twista... T-nutty is hot, just got hip to young droop a few years ago from Licwit. Twista is the king though.

Probably Kingpin Skinny Pimp (older stuff) or Tommy Wright III. I was always more into the down south (Memphis mostly) style of "fast rapping" then anywhere else.

T-Nutty and Young Droop do got got spits but in my opinion both of their newer albums were mediocre.

IMO, YGD is the hardest when he does actually rap fast. His voice makes it tight

Twista is the best because he raps like that everytime he spits, and it's clean.

Tech N9ne is the best cause he can switch that shit up and flow fast/slow.

T-Rock is way faster and more lyrical then Nutty and droop. Nutty is pretty tight he got lyrics but Droop imo mumbles too much and has no lyrical content in his shit.
