What the fuck happened with techs latest cd... Wannabe Gangsta Shit. It was a huge let down to hear that cd. I know tech is trying to appeal to different audiences but trying to be something he clearly isnt with that fake shit just makes him look weak and i hope he does not do an entire cd of that wannabe shit for his next cd.. All tech n9ne cds are mainly good until this last cd came out.. only 3 decent tracks rest was just shit..Good Beats Bad Collabs mainly...
All i could think while listening to this cd was who the fuck is this ???? This isnt tech n9ne an entire cd of this wannabe gangsta shit wtf if i wanted to hear that crap id go out and buy a 50 cent cd or something lame like that. I listen to tech cause his shit is REAL not fake not wannabe..


Am I the only one who feels this way ? Ino the wannabes wouldve loved it..

there's a difference between ignorantly labeling what's not to your taste as ''wannabe gangsta shit'' and having an educated, differed opinion...

I am into the darker half of tech more so myself, but his latest work is far from ''fake'' and since how is what he's saying on the record equate to him being a ''wannabe'' as you say?

you most likely can't relate to the direction he took, which holds no relevance to what your reasoning states

it is fake..and if u actually think he is that way than u dont know to much about tech

but from what u see in all his previous work and the dvds they have released now i dont see ANY of that fake shit in it.. he just seems real

i dont like his dark shit i just like tech being himself..day by day shit .. i actually think its hilarious that he thinks he needs to dumbd his music down to appeal to a black community LOL he sure as fuck didnt do that cd for his usual fans lol cause its the only cd he has done so far in that style lol and i assume he did it for black fans because he always is talking about the need to get black fans behind him...

You can't please everyone I guess. I enjoyed Sickology personally. The shit slaps and once you listen to the guests most of them are spittin....plus like its been said before in COUNTLESS other threads on this topic the collab albums are there MIX TAPES.....MLK didn't feel like a Tech solo album and neither did Sickology on pourpose .
Its supposed to be a way to expand his base and hold us down in between albums.

I care less about how Tech gets his name out. Since Sickology I have everyone I know singing Areola lol....and they love that shit....Let me in is another track people bump and so is Party and Bullshit. That verse Shadow dropped gets my East coast heads listening.

i never considered the cd a mixtape..and MLK i thought was great i enjoyed it didnt seem as fake as this latest cd.. but ido know that if tech always did this shit he would of never reached the people he has reached and he wouldnt even be half as popular..

So he doesn't want Tech to do dark shit, or none of his new shit, he doesn't want him to reach out to the black community, and he doesn't want him to be gangster... So what does that leave... Hmm someone's being a little picky.
