Dre? Seriously? Was it something original, or was it a "jack" that Travis put his spin on?
from a WhooKid Interview:

The beats that I produced for him on this mixtape, I made sure they were high-impact, crazy situations. Even the Dre beat. He went in hard on a Dre beat and I made it a worse situation by sending that song he did on a Dre beat to Travis Barker, which is like the ultimate monster.

Right.

So when people hear that “Hard Liquor” record which is Dr. Dre and Travis Barker with Tech N9ne–it’s just unreal.

So you’re telling me you had a Dr. Dre produced beat that you had Tech spit on get sent to Travis Barker?

Yeah. Once Tech killed it I told myself: Travis Barker is a good friend of mine, let me give him a call. I say ”Yo, if you get on this right here, it’ll be a nightmare”–especially if he performs it, it’ll be a wrap. It’s just one of those hidden monsters. I haven’t even talked about this yet. This is my first time talking about this, this combination, and people will not hear it until Christmas Day. So it could be like an explosive gift.

So this appearing on Bad Season, this isn’t for–

Yeah definitely on Bad Season…guaranteed.

Well it really isn't anything to boast about, as it's not an original Dr. Dre beat. I'm not sure where exactly it originated, but Yukmouth used the beat five years ago on one of his mixtapes. So Tech could have been on this level years ago, when he said that, if he just downloaded himself a Dre beat.

... and there's been so many better Dre beats over the years.

Hard Liquoir is a re-used track.

Can we get Tech on a real Dre beat meant 4 Tech?

Major dissapointment. And Kaliko is all over this bitch...again.

Hope the rest of the tracks deliver some heat.

WTF why is there old shit like This Ring, The Rain, and Come Gangsta on it?
I'm gonna guess that since this is a major release as in people who usually listen to mainstream music will see it, that tech wanted to put some songs that explain some shit or are meaningful to him were put on there for new people .

ITS A MIXTAPE PEOPLE..... USING BEATS JACK'D FROM OTHER ALBUMS.

THAT IS WHAT A MIXTAPE IS!!!
Well i'm glad you put my feet back on the ground with a nice dose of truth.

I could have sworn I read somewhere that these were all going to be new songs...?

And if there pumpin up a Dre beat sent to Travis Barker ect.,I'm not expecting an old lame ass Game track.

Well i'm sure we'll get a REAL 1 soon enough.

Hard Liquor was an "unreleased" Dre track, and I'm pretty sure Kokane was on it with Game. I don't care if it's an old or new track for a free mixtape. Tech could just do all old songs over the Chronic 2001 Instrumental album and that would be tight (for a free mixtape). This will be a nice Christmas treat!
