Tech N9ne: You fucked up on Killer

Lol its so funny how pissed off you guys get just cuz someone wants to voice their opinion. Tellin me to STFU and what not... No I wont shut the fuck up, I have the right to speak on what I think of this album just as much as all you do.
All Im sayin is, is that there is TOO much bitching of him not makin it and gettin the cred he deserves... Do I think he does deserve the credit? Absolutely. Do I think he should be pissed about not being recognized and gettin radio play? Without a fuckin doubt. But I think he took that anger and frustration and turned it to a bunch of bitching and moaning on his album. What he should of done is turned that anger into just making his FTI type of shit and not givin a fuck if they feel him or not. Instead all I hear is just like what he says is cry baby... A bunch of whaaaa whaaaa whaaaaa...
U dont agree with me, fine. U people take someone opinion and flip it all around like I dont give a fuck or it aint never enough for me. That aint it at all. I want the best for Tech and I think him complaining 4 tracks in a row about how he aint makin it, was the wrong step to take... As if now instead of not givin a fuck about the industry, now he is all butt hurt about it and wants everyone to feel sorry for him about it.
Honestly, Tech could be mainstream along time ago if he really wanted, but he aint gonna change who he is for noone, which I truly respect. It aint that everyone is sleepin on his shit... EVERYONE knows Tech. Tech just wont sell out to make it. Which bottomline, is what you HAVE to do, to make it now a days... So stop fuckin bitching about it and just keep makin great music....

Just an Opinion
I'd say for the most part people are saying they like the majority of the album. Now granted this a Strange Music forum but I can't remember the last time I actually listened to a whole album and like 50% of it, let alone 75-80% as most of the posts read so far. I have only listened to tracks posted to his website, not to hate on anyone but the excitment anticipating an album to me is almost as good as listening to it. Anyways I don't know what I'm really trying to say other than we are all obviously Tech fans and should concentrate on getting people to listen to his music instead of talking about how he fucked up with this album. All of Tech's albums have been too personal for the average listener, did you really thing he'd change who he was to sell more albums? He never has and never will. Take the energy your putting into complaining and go buy two tickets to a show near you and take a friend; spread the word, don't let it stop with you.
Now I realize if you have an opinion you have the right to post it and believe it or not for the most part we want to hear it. But it may be a bit hypocritical to say Tech bitches too much for me to listen to it but then you spend a whole day bitchin about that. He spent at most 20-25 minutes and you spent an entire day .. Dont get it twisted man, im absorbing all you got to say. Im just letting it be known that i disagree. If i didnt want you to speak, that would be extremely too hypocritical. I just feel strongly that this is the shit ive been itchin ta hear, and i disagree with you. Doesnt mean im hatin on you as a man.
i said i agreed with you in a way but theres 20+ songs on here not about crybaby shit. to say tech fucked up Killer cause of 5 good songs is kind of stupid man. with 32 tracks and ppl can easily skip over the emo shit and like the rest and still have more songs they like then what a radio artist put out with 5 albums. how dont u see that? and he's pissed about it and mad so why would he front like he dont give a fuck? he does care alot, i mean he makes his living off this shit and for him to share his emotions like that is very rare in an artist nowadays and u should see that like it is. well like u said ur just a random dude who bumps lil wayne's lollipop so i guess i can understand how u dont see how deep he went in most of those songs ur complaining about. and thats my last post in this dumbass thread, not saying it's dumb cause of ur opinion theezey just that everyone posts are HUGE like this one lol
You don't seem to be getting the right message, Tech doesn't do it in a whiny way as you make it out to be. If I was new to Tech and this was my first album to listen to him by, I would completely agree with Tech. I would be thinking "where the fuck has this dude been? Why haven't I heard of him before? This dude has a point about not being recognized." Tech has a right to bitch, simply because he's that goddamn good. If you don't like the songs, listen to the first disc and not the second. The first disc is holding me off right now from the second one. Just quit your bitching dude and enjoy the music.

probably the best overall album tech has released, diverse as hell, im still fond of anghellic and calm before the storm, but all the parts of this album combine to make it his best release
i gave it 2 listens, the one thing its missing IMO is the that one OMFG track like Welcome to the Midwest..but thats just my opinion

+1 AP was the shit. Tech does too much talking in verses these days and not enough rapping. His flow was much better back then. I don't want him to rap a million words a minute all the time, but I would say 50% of the time lately he's been kinda apathetic/choppy/boring on the mic. I don't know...just seems like he doesn't draw my emotions out as much as he used to.
