Yea I dunno how good these are lol... And I'm the same way I have a decent pair of headphones and an expensive pair of Bose headphones and both just collect dust.

They fit very nicely in my ears. Lots of bass. The biggest con in my opinion is their ability to get tangled in ways even the imagination can't handle.

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by recording industry heavyweights Jimmy Iovine, chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M Records, and rapper/producer Dr. Dre against a Delaware company that they say was supposed to "manufacture, market and distribute a line of headphones" that was to be called "Beats by Dr. Dre."
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges that SLS International, Pentgram Design, Inc., Jibe Audio and Steve Lamar pulled a "classic 'bait and switch.'" The suit claims the defendants "failed and refused to perform under the contract" and went forward with a plan to sell the "Beats" headphones through a separate company.
Iovine and Dre are seeking damages of "at least $1,000,000" and an injunction that prevents the defendants from manufacturing and selling headphones using the "Beats" trademark

and design.
Did anybody see Jimmy Iovine give away 300 dollar beats to a dude on the street? can't find the vid but saw it on TMZ at like 5 in the morn the other day.

They should send me these buds so I can give them a proper review.

I still have the earbuds that came with my Zune when I bought it... 2 years ago. They are the nice "Premium" earbuds with the nylon covering over the cables. They sound good, don't get tangled, and unlike evey other pair of earbuds I have owned, the cable has not split making the right or left channel not work.
