I got this thought that's been bumping around in my high head today, but I'm gonna see if anyone else agrees with me...

OK, so the crows and shit are all over the cover...they have a symbolic meaning of death, depression, and we know Tech's theme for the album artwork thusfar makes you think he IS the crows...but why werent they utilized as part of a substory for the album itself?

Such as adding this:

The chick wondering why there were so many birds in the air...
The cop saying there were tons of crows near the car...
Adding that "KAAAAWWW" on Hunterish to the rest of the album...

I mean, I haven't heard him say anything really about crows at all.

I think he should have implemented them into the story. That's all I got.

I'm a fuckin geek when it comes to symbolism and metaphors and all that, but I listen to the album and there's no connection between the crows and the material discussed in the album itself.

I am positive this album surpasses Everready as my favorite, but I feel like this was crucial in nailing the overall theme of the album.

I mean....the album even has a "Martini" track as if it's the end of a auditory film, but there's nothing that corrolates in the album itself to its eventual end.

Am I overthinking this? Or does anyone else see the point I'm trying to make?

maybe Martini is an end to his dark ish music, which i hope isnt true maybe he added it to say thats THE END of dark tracks and no longer go back there again, which he has said about the album

I like the idea of there being a connection of the music with the crows.. and having them implemented sporadically throughout the album.. honestly didn't even think of that..

Tech has responded to claims that he has changed his style on K.O.D. completely and it has disapointed some fans (T94Life)..

ok here we go. if you really knew me you would know im GIRL CRAZY. remember? so when you here me talkin bout eating people, in hunterish and pinocchiho im talkin bout EATING PUSSY DUMB ASSES! women. i eat WOMEN i really eat WOMEN they really delicious! its just like slither at the end it gets theatrical but the story pinocchiho describes me as a person longing to be normal and trying hard to be with one woman. i didnt see the resemblance till after i wrote it and it thru me for a loop that the character i created in the song is me. WEIRD! enjoy more now.

if you knew how many crips ive came across tryin to turn them on to my music and how much they cuzz me then say i dont fuck with that devil shit, you would know where i got the inspiration to do in the trunk. all these stories are real you guys just listen to my life as usual but this time its just all darkness instead of just one section thats the only difference. sorry you think i changed my style cause this has been me for awile just TURNED UP! I really have wanted to throw some muh fuckas in the trunk who hate so hard with the devil shit and colors shit that i had to write the song to keep from doing it. enjoy me

You never EVER put in your best idea....
Always save the best material for new albums to come...
I thought tech bringing all his LP's into the K.O.D. track was really fresh.
The way he explained the albums one by one and brought them into a story,
Makes me think like.... He saved that shit.

Ain't that about a bitch. Best Buy has the album advertised for $9.99, but their sale price on albums aren't valid until Tuesday, so if you go there tomorrow then you're going to pay full retail. Nebraska Furniture Mart isn't advertising a sale on the album either. They've got AC/DC, Train & Birdman (I thought that one was dropping next month?) for $7.79 and Sting, Creed, Michael Jackson & Rod Stewart for $8.79 but nothing for K.O.D.
