I dug further and found it is actually Christopher Edward "Chris" Hansen (born March 26, 1959) who is an American television infotainment personality. He is well-known for his work on the Dateline NBC television segment To Catch a Predator. These investigations revolved around catching potential Internet sex predators using a sting operation.

Looking again I misspelled "Starscream" as in DJ Zero or DJ Starscream of Slipknot. Trent Reznor is the lead singer for Nine Inch Nails (he's a producer as well and worked with El-P on his "I'll Sleep When You're Dead" album) and Beth Gibbons is the lead singer for Portishead.
