They bought the beat. They own the beat.
Then why don't they use it lol. I was just pointing out that sometimes there's extra things you need to do to use music in different situations. Most laws are geared toward copyright issues. Theirs a copyright form that covers both live and recorded music and one that only specified recorded music

I heard the beat at the santa clara show but they didn't perform it. Then Kalico and kutt performed it at the livermore show with no beat, idunno whats up.
Then again maybe i was so drunk, i thought i was hearing the beat to areola.

I personally think the different parts (such as the beatboxing) they throw in are what make the tickets worth the money. I hate it when you go to a show and get the same shit that you hear on the cd, verbatim. The mix they did on Bout to Bubble was one of the highlights of the F&I tour.

Agreed. But one reason they may not use the beat is because they may not have it. If they didn't sign a deal to use it at live shows or haven't had time to mix a live version then the beat box may be all we get for a while
actually its because the song wasnt in the line up. but everywhere they go the crowd starts chanting it. so they just have fun wit it. they did put the actual track in there for at least one show though, so far.
