that program looks like its from 1999 the program is 'Audacity'... and it is one of the best free open source programs for recording/editing/capturing audio. this is how i managed to rip Matic Lee's "jump around the room" off his Myspace page a year or 2 ago *edit* - just noticed Gofer's post above
