New video for "Child Of Mine" from my upcoming album "My Life". No crazy visual effects..none of that bullshit. We decided to focus on the mouth and face because the power in this song is in the words. A big elaborate video, in my opinion, would take away from the song itself....so we kept it simple. We also included some home video footage.

Exactly. At the end of the day, I wrote it for little man. If nobody likes it, or if a million people like it, the only thing that matters is if HE digs it (and he is picky about his music). He's happy as hell when I play it for him...so I did my job.

Man, he started doing that out of nowhere. He had never seen me bob my head to music when he started doing that. He knows how to react to different types of music, too. He bobs his head to rap, he dances around to Michael Jackson, he cried when I listened to that god damn Rebecca Black song. It's almost like he knows too much for only being 1. lol.
