when he hugged cole cole called him johnny. maybe they are just really close friends outside of the business compared to cena and the other two announcers. just a thought

The thing about it is that whole thing was kayfabe. Everyone knows Cena isn't leaving WWE so his outside relationship with that idiot Cole wouldn't matter. They obviously told him to act as if he's actually being fired, but why he hugged Cole instead of the other two makes no sense. Your explanation only makes sense if it wasn't kayfabe, but it was.

cena not leavin period they probaly doin a storyline where he does run in on nexus for some weeks until they finally reinstate him then he has a match with barrett between royal rumble and wrestlemania

Holy shit I missed that somehow.

There were a LOT of pissed off little kids leaving the arena tonight. The parents are probably like, "Great, I paid 100 bucks to bring these kids to a fuckin' show and now I have to hear them bitch and moan the whole way back."
